Lake Arrowhead Community Club is private and non-profit with approximately 400 members who own a little over 600 lots, with many members owning multiple lots.
It employs 2 people who are responsible for LACC grounds maintenance, patrol, covenant enforcement and member services.
The Club is governed by a panel of nine board members, and has volunteer committees which include architectural control, lake environment,
landscaping, recreation and community crime watch.
Lake Arrowhead Community Club is located around scenic Lake Arrowhead in Mason County Washington. Our lake is annually stocked with fish through our fish program which provides excellent opportunities for recreational fishing (members only). Members enjoy many activities such as swimming, basketball, kid's park, horseshoeing, boating, indoor game activities, fishing derby, community barbecues, potlucks and more.
At Lake Arrowhead Community Club, we strive to provide the quality services you expect from strong leadership and competent staff. Our association is always evolving as the needs of our members change and as new opportunities are introduced, that will help to improve living standards.
Teamwork: The LACC staff works closely as a team to make it our responsibility to know our members and their needs. It is our goal to work closely with the community and the committees to ensure that solutions to daily concerns and recommendations are tailored to meet the needs and challenges we all deal with on a daily basis.

Lake Arrowhead Community Club offers the highest quality of service in meeting the yearly goals adopted by the Board of Directors. Our goals are intended to continue to provide quality service to all members and to maintain our many assets since the mid 1960's.
