During the General Board Meeting held on September 05, 2026, a motion was made and seconded to form an Election Committee to review the validity of this year’s election ballot.
As a result, the 2026 election results are currently on hold pending completion of the committee’s review.
The newly formed Election Committee will have two weeks to verify each candidate’s eligibility and compliance with applicable election requirements.
Upon completion of the review:
*If the current ballot is determined to be valid, the election results will be released.
*If the current ballot is determined to be invalid, a new election ballot will be issued.
For any new ballot that may be required, each owner is entitled to one ballot and may vote for up to five candidates.
The review applies only to the election of candidates. There will not be a new vote on the budget or the audit. The results of those votes will stand.
Additional information will be provided once the Election Committee has completed its review.
