A house fire occurred in LACC Sunday evening, 6/1/2025. If anyone wants to donate to the affected family, please contact the LACC office.
MASON COUNTY PRESS RELEASE
Date: June 4th , 2025 @ 10 AM
In accordance with a policy adopted by the Mason County Commissioners to be consistent with the Dept. of Natural Resources and restrict certain burning activities when the National Fire Danger Rating System is at a moderate level, effective 12:01 AM on June 5th, 2025, land clearing and residential burning shall be prohibited on all Mason County lands not under DNR or Federal jurisdiction. Please note that recreational burning (I.E., cooking fires using charcoal or firewood in a metal, concrete or rock circle no larger than 3 feet in diameter) is still permitted. However, it is anticipated as warmer weather continues, this activity will be restricted in the near future. Also permitted are any propane fires. Your cooperation in keeping Mason County fire safe is appreciated.

Hello everyone,
The siding for the Longhouse has arrived and will be stored in the hall until installation. The Longhouse hall will be closed until further notice. Restrooms and showers will be available on regular open days. Office hours will be unchanged. Please check this section for updates.
If you haven't received your invoice yet, please reach out to the office. Let us know the correct information and we'll make sure that it gets out to you.
LACC is requesting donations to help cover the budget shortfall for the year 2025.

Do not take your payments to the caretakers' house. You can leave it in the suggestion box or the secure mailbox. You can also call the office or send an email to arrange a time for the caretaker to meet you at the office. Online payments are also available thru the website.
No, you do not. You do need to fill out an ACC form (available on this website) before you put in your septic. Don't forget to include your Mason County permits.
All members in good standing are welcome to use the Longhouse for events. If you wish to reserve the Longhouse for exclusive use, please check out Longhouse Rentals under the "More" tab.
